Thank you for shopping with Ignite Design Solutions LLC (dba InOverDrive). We value your business and want your experience to be exceptional. The following policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Return Window
We accept returns on all physical products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the product meets the conditions below:
- Item must be in new, unused condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
- Returns must be approved prior to shipping back
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 20 days of receipt of the returned item.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect as a result of our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and may provide a replacement, full refund, or alternative resolution depending on the situation.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return request, please email us at lifeinoverdrive123@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the reason for return
Once approved, we will send detailed return instructions including the return address and required packaging steps.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, only the product amount (minus restocking fee when applicable) will be refunded.
Responsibility After Shipment
After an order has been transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for issues with lost or delayed shipments.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
