Shipping policy

At Ignite Design Solutions LLC (dba InOverDrive), we make every effort to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping is handled for all orders placed through our online store.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume or product restock cycles, processing time may extend up to 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframe

After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the selected carrier. Delivery time may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Methods

We currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipping. The carrier and method are automatically chosen based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery speed. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated at checkout or on promotional materials.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

We carefully package all products for safe transport. However, once a package is in transit, we cannot control how it is handled by carriers. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Ignite Design Solutions LLC (dba InOverDrive) is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Split Shipments

Depending on availability and item type, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Each package will have its own tracking number and may be delivered at different times.

Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first to initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace items lost due to carrier delivery errors or theft after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and monitored.
